Privacy Policy
FSM collects the personal information you provide when signing up for the website. This will include your email, name and phone number. The information is stored only for the use of FSM. Providing your email allows FSM to contact you regarding payment, updates and for promotional use. FSM will not sell your information to any outside party. We respect your privacy and promise to keep your information private.
Class Policy
In the event of missed class due to weather or extenuating circumstances, tuition will not be refunded. FSM offers free music classes throughout the year to supplement missed days. If the music instructor is absent due to emergency a substitute music teacher will cover the class.
One-Time Payment Policy
A record of your payment will appear on credit card or bank statements as FSMusic, serving as a receipt of purchase. Payments are final and there is no refund. If for any reason your payment fails, or you dispute the payment you may be subjected to a $14 fee. FSM will never charge your card without your permission.
Monthly Autopay Policy
Tuition is the same for all months and withdrawn on the same date each month as the date of registration. A record of each payment will appear on credit card or bank statements as FSMusic, serving as receipt of purchase. Payments are final and there is no refund. Be sure to keep your payment method updated. If for any reason your payment fails, FSM will contact you. You will have 7 days to update your payment method. Failure to update your payment method within this time will cause your tuition to be cancelled. If your tuition is cancelled, that means your child will no longer be able to attend music class. You can re-enroll at any time through our website. FSM will keep in contact through email about payment updates and tuition cancellation. If your payment fails or you dispute the payment you may be subjected to a $14 fee. FSM will never charge your card without your permission. If you would like to cancel your Music Explorers Tuition subscription, please notify our Program Coordinator in writing via email. Please cancel your policy one week before your tuition payment date to avoid tuition charge for the following month.
